You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be 18 or older to use ClaritySEO.

Acceptable Use

You may use ClaritySEO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to analyze websites you do not own or have permission to analyze, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service, resell or sublicense access to the service, or interfere with the service's operation.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial. We reserve the right to limit trial features or duration at any time.

AI-Generated Content

ClaritySEO uses AI to generate SEO recommendations. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will improve your search rankings. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

ClaritySEO and its content are owned by ClaritySEO. Your website data remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaritySEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
